Thank you for your interest in the Imam Development Program (IDP). Since 2014, the IDP has been dedicated to preserving the Deen through exemplary Imams. Our mission is to inspire and empower Imams to uplift their communities through a comprehensive support program that includes monthly training, mentorship, stipends, educational resources, and leadership development.

By applying to the IDP, you are taking the first step on a journey of personal growth, professional development, and meaningful impact in your community.

📝 Steps to Apply:

Register Your Profile – Create your personal IDP account.
Complete the Application Form – Around 50–60 questions about your background, experience, and vision. (Set aside 30–45 minutes).
Watch Introductory Videos & Do Assessments – You will need to watch videos and complete 3 short assessments.
Prepare & Upload Documents – You will be required to upload supporting documents (see list below)

A copy of your National ID
A copy of your passport (if available)
A headshot photo of yourself
Motivation Letter from Employer / Organisation

🧭 Once you submit your application, what happens next?

Your application will be reviewed by the IDP team.

If shortlisted, you will be contacted for an interview.

The outcome of your interview will be communicated via email.

Final selections will be made based on interview results and program capacity.
